FAQ

I love what I see and I'm getting married soon.. how do I book you?

Brilliant! Its really easy, either fill out a query form on my contact page or send me an email directly at contact@jacklarbalestier.co.uk with your proposed dates.

Do you charge a booking fee?

Yes I do, the booking fee is £250 which will be deducted from the final balance.

Are you insured?

Yes, fully!

Are you bossy?

Not in the slightest! I approach my work in an incredibly relaxed professional manner and do my upmost not to get in the way of things, if i do my job right you probably won't even realise i'm there!

Do you do traditional shots?

Of course! A few weeks before the big day i'll ask you for a shot list outlining clearly all the traditional shots you want, I also ask that you nominate someone with a loud voice to round everyone up on the day!

Do you need feeding?

If you book me for a full day then yes please! I usually take a break and recharge when everyone sits down to eat - no one likes pictures of themselves eating! Don't worry though, you don't have to squeeze me into the table plan, i'll quite happily sit at the bar or find somewhere quiet.

How do we receive our pictures and how long will it take for them to be delivered?

I think its really important that your pictures get to you in the quickest time I can realistically make possible - the quickest turnaround time I can do them in is usually 4 weeks after the wedding date (slightly longer if you've chosen a package that includes a book and during peak season). All the images will be put onto a customised wooden USB stick that'll be engraved with your names and the date you were married.

Can friends and family view the pictures?

Of course they can! Included in your package is an online gallery with a selection of the best images for your friends and family to look at it in their own time - you'll receive an email with the password enclosed as soon as the gallery's live!
